Central, demand-oriented and precisely dosed.
Andernach, Germany 5 dic. 2019 - Masa provides block making machines equipped with amplitude-controlled vibration serially with an automatic central lubrication system. The manual supply of lubrication points with lubricant is now a thing of the past! Masa customers benefit from a smart investment in plant availability, productivity, efficiency and safety.
The pump element is equipped with a progressive distributor incl. pressure switch and automatically transports a precisely dosed quantity of lubricant to the lubrication points of the amplitude-controlled vibration of our block making machine.
The bearings are supplied with lubricant at continuous intervals during operation. The intervals depend on a defined number of production cycles and can be adjusted in the control of the block making machine.
The system has clear advantages: under- or overlubrication is avoided as well as the danger of unintentional contamination with excess lubricants. Since the lubricating film is renewed regularly, the bearing service life is increased. Maintenance costs can be reduced and lubricant consumption optimised.
