New plant in the Ulyanovsk region.Porta Westfalica, Germany 6 Jan 2020 - For more than 45 years ZAO "Prominvest" Group of Companies is operating a sand-lime brick production plant and developed to one of the leading manufacturers in Russia. By commissioning of the second Masa plant, a new aerated autoclaved concrete plant in 2019, the promising expansion of the product portfolio was targeted.
In this certain case, the project engineering was highly affected by the special raw material situation. The concept of the new plant, developed in close dialogue with technicians and technologists of the customer, includes the impact technology. This manufacturing process enables the significant decreasing of the water consumption and no anhydride in the recipe. In addition to the careful handling of important resources, this principle enables an increasing efficiency by reducing of raw material costs.
With the fully automatic Masa production plant, the aerated autoclaved concrete blocks of the trade mark "NOVOBLOCK" are manufactured according to current valid quality standards. Furthermore, the supplied technology is designed for growing demands in the AAC market. By expanding the plant equipment, the customer can increase the daily production capacity by further 20 %.
