Milestone for AKFA Group, Uzbekistan
First AAC cake successfully producedPorta Westfalica 2 Feb 2023 - Masa is proud to announce that AKFA Group, Uzbekistan, has produced its first AAC cake. This was preceded by the completion of the plant’s mechanical and electrical assembly and the commissioning of the different automatic areas in the new production facility in Tashkent.
During this phase, Masa worked closely with AKFA to optimise the plant processes, check the safety technology, and set all the parameters required for production.
Subsequently, the Masa team carried out an extensive performance test to verify the functionality of the plant and the contractually agreed cycle times. As expected, thanks to the good preparation and cooperation with AKFA, the performance test was passed and confirmed with the signing of the corresponding protocol by both parties.
With the production of the first cake, AKFA has thus created the starting point for a successful market entry. The company can rely on the support and experience of Masa's process engineers for the step-by-step increase in capacity that now lies ahead.
