The new factory for aerated concrete near Moscow

At the opening ceremony of the factory in the Dmitrov region of Moscow area were present the Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Valeriy Gavrilov of the Dmitrov district, the Minister for construction of the Moscow area Mr. Pavel Perepelitsa, the Chairman of DZGI Mr. Viktor Berdikov, the Executive Direktor of OOO «AeroStone-Dmitrov» Mr. Sergej Poturaev, employees of the factory as well as representatives of the equipment manufacturer – the project leader Mr. Oliver Strototte and the deputy leader of the Moscow office Mr. Sergej Motsnyi.
The concrete blocks, sold under the trade mark «AeroStone», are produced with the equipment of «Masa-Henke Maschinenfabrik GmbH». At the factory DZGI the technological plant VB 1440 – vibration table technology, with 2 bulb mills for the preparation of the sand-lime mixture and product hardening in 8 autoclaves – was installed and commissioned.
After commissioning and test run in June of this year, the plant produces 1,440 m³ of aerated concrete / day. Thus, the DZGI plant is one of the biggest factories for aerated concrete in the CIS and the Baltic States.
