It's a long way from raw materials over mixture to the finished (Kerb)stone. Masa Kerbstone presses were developed to fulfill among other criteria, the special requirements of the "British Standard" kerbstones. This "British Standard" is still a condition in countries of the Middle East and the UK. Learn about our Kerbstone production plants.

The manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete products demands high standards for mixing and dosing of the aggregates, the control of the fermentation process and the control of each production step. Masa's aerated concrete installations are proven advanced technology processes, designed according to customers specific requirements. We wish you a Merry Christmas / Season's greetings

and a happy new year 2024.

Andernach/Porta Westfalica 22 Dec 2023 -
We thank you for the trustful cooperation and look forward to realizing exciting projects with you in the coming year as well.

For the upcoming holidays we wish you, and all those close to you, a peaceful and reflective time and a good start into the new year.

All the best for you and your company in 2024 – stay healthy!

Your Masa Team

This year, we donated to two projects at the turn of the year:

The international "HoffnungsBAUer" project run by Habitat for Humanity Deutschland e.V., to which companies in the construction and property sector are committed to ensuring that people have access to clean drinking water and sanitary facilities through a dignified and safe home. The focus is on aid projects in Kenya and Malawi.

Margaret, a 43-year-old single mother of two, lives with her 71-year-old father, Mr James, and their two children in a run-down, small and dilapidated house with a corrugated iron roof that leaks when it rains. The clay floor and walls in the house are often infested with parasites and do not provide a healthy environment. Margaret also suffers from asthma and high blood pressure. She works odd jobs and does light labour on a nearby farm and around the house. On a working day, she earns 1.70 euros to provide a meal for her family.

If Margaret can't find a job, she has to rely on the support of helpful people and the state food aid programme. She lives from hand to mouth, so to speak.

For these reasons, Margaret is one of the project beneficiaries for whom HoffnungsBAUer 2024 wants to create a new home.

The second project is a water playground project by the "Mach mit!" daycare centre in the Miesenheim district of Andernach. You can follow the progress of this project on our social media channels.
