Masa oil distribution system
The oiling station is equipped with the newly developed Masa oil distribution system.
Unlike conventional systems, this new system does not require compressed air. Instead, the finest drips of oil are applied uniformly to the inner surface of the mould.
This process can be adjusted so that precisely the required quantity of oil can be reduced to less than 1 litre per mould. The oil consumption can be adjusted to optimise the manufacturing process.
This new method does not generate any harmful aerosols that have to be absorbed in expensive filter systems, as is the case in conventional systems.
