Masa autoclave control system
When the autoclaves have been locked manually, the hardening process of the aerated concrete cake is automatically controlled and supervised by means of the Masa autoclave control system.
The parameters of the four process steps
- generating a vacuum
- pressure increase
- keeping the pressure
- pressure release
can easily be adjusted via the graphic user interface and stored in the system as individual hardening curves.
Throughout the complete hardening process, the inside temperature and pressure are monitored, and the actual values are continuously compared with desired values.
Particularly in big aerated concrete making factories, it is recommendable to immediately reuse the steam generated during pressure release. This can be used to optimize and reduce the energy consumption of the hardening process. With the Masa autoclave control system, it is easy to reuse the steam.
Further optimization of energy consumption can be achieved with steam temporary storage tanks. The corresponding modules can be integrated into the control system.
