Manufacture of colored sand lime bricks
It is possible to manufacture sand lime bricks in different colors, particularly for the use as facing units.
Masa offer the know-how and the fully automatic equipment to integrate this feature into your manufacturing process.
The required colour is achieved by adding pigments. These are added to the sand lime compound after the reactor process. A special re-mixer serves to distribute the pigments homogeneously. For a constant color effect, the mass ratio of the sand lime brick compound and the color pigments is monitored and controlled by the Masa control system.
Most pigments are not temperature-stable, this has to be considered for the hardening process in the autoclaves.
