Masa mixing plant control system
By means of several clearly structured charts, the Masa mixing plant control system allows the plant operator to supervise the automatic mixing process. A large recipe database enables an easy product change in the running production process and thus ensures that high-quality mixtures are prepared continuously.
In the mixing plant concept it is considered that each press is assigned to a certain reactor. This means that for different products that are manufactured in the presses, the respective recipes are provided automatically.
Moreover, a raw material database and an automatic recipe calculation system are part of the Masa mixing plant control system. During the production process, the moisture of the individual types of sand is determined before weighing. These data are considered in the automatic recipe calculation for every mixing cycle so that the appropriate quantity of water is added. In case of fluctuations, this approach ensures an automatic adjustment by the control system. This way, a very high and constant product quality can be guaranteed which means a considerable advantage for our customers.
The parameters of each mixing cycle are transmitted to the database, too. Thus, raw material consumption and production data can easily be evaluated.
