Masa plants and machines are installed and commissioned by our own experienced technicians. Masa fitters have passed through the dual training system in Germany and are thus appropriately qualified. We rely on specialists to ensure that your Masa plant is ready for use as soon as possible. Customer personnel are directly involved in the assembly process and are therefore given an essential knowledge of the plant conception at this stage.

Training of operators

During the commissioning or the test run, the operator is trained and instructed. In detail, the training of the operator includes the continuous operation of the system, the settings as well as fault corrections for the delivered components, a corresponding safety briefing as well as maintenance instructions.

At a later stage, refresher training for the previous operating staff or even initial training of new operators is possible.
