Live and in real time.Our customers can benefit from the Masa Smart Service and the resulting fast malfunction detection as well as solution finding in case of technical problems within the block production plant.
Using a voice-controlled head-up display with camera (data glasses), a live connection is established between the customer's technician and the Masa Online Support employee.
In addition to image transmission, the data glasses offer further possibilities:
- Sending advices/markings on the display
- Sending documents to the display (screen sharing)
- Create HD-quality photos
- Recording of the entire stream (available at any time)
- Connection of additional subscribers possible
- Integrated language program
The connection is SSL-encrypted and password protected. The systems run on German servers.
Customer requirements:
- Fast and stable Internet connection via fixed network or UTMS
- W-Lan cover at the places where the glasses are to be used
- Masa Smart Service is only available in combination with the Masa Online Support (remote maintenance package)
