In the event of a malfunction, fault diagnosis and first aid can be considerably simplified and accelerated around the clock. Downtime can be reduced, on-site operations by our service technicians are often no longer necessary.

  • The technology behind it

    For optimal remote maintenance, the control of your production plant is connected to Masa Online support quickly and securely via an encrypted high-speed data connection. This is possible for both personal and remote PC networks.

    The most powerful level of Masa Online support is achieved with a DSL Internet connection for your machine control. In the case of non-availability, the connection can also take place via LTE or UMTS connection. When a remote maintenance contract is concluded, we send you a Red15 (Remote Ethernet Device) from the manufacturer Sophos. This is preconfigured especially by us for you and builds a secure tunnel to our firewall via your Internet connection. All data between the RED and our firewall are encrypted in compliance with strict AES-256 specifications.

    If you do not have a separate telephone or internet connection to the Masa Online support on site, we will gladly process your inquiry by telephone or in writing via e-mail.

  • Database connection

    A comprehensive database enables the documentation of every Masa Online Support action you have carried out. This means that our commitment is always traceable. Also, the creation of a fault history of your system as well as the consideration of each fault can be carried out at all times.
